Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the production team on the shop floor.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor machine operations and ensure all equipment functions smoothly.
Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications.
Implement safety rules and ensure workers follow all safety protocols.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair of machines.
Prepare daily production reports and share with management.
Train new workers and guide existing staff for better performance.
Manage shift planning, manpower allocation, and workflow.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices inside the plant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduated
1 years of experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing/production environment.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred).
Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
