Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training on various aspects of marketing and sales strategies.
• Accompany senior team members on client meetings to observe and learn effective communication and negotiation techniques.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Learn about our products/services and their value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients.
• Participate in visits to our plant/facilities to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and offerings.
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding any graduate degree.
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, and client interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Must be comfortable with travel for client meetings and plant visits within the local area.
• Must be available to work full-time during the internship period (April 2025 - June 2025).
