Job Title: Intern – Computer Programming Trainer & Research and Development Job Location: Research Park, IIT Guwahati Duration: 2months We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy B.Tech / M.Tech to join our team as an Intern – Computer Programming Trainer & Research and Development for our online course platform. Role Overview: The selected intern will assist in designing and delivering engaging online training sessions on programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Responsibilities include: • Conducting live or recorded sessions • Assisting in content development • Addressing learner queries during the course • Conducting academic research and develop content as per NEP (New Education Policy) Requirements: • Pursuing or completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field • Good grasp of at least one programming language • Clear communication skills and interest in teaching Compensation • Stipend will be paid during the period of the Internship based on the interview After completing the internship, the intern will receive: 1. Internship Certificate A formal certificate stating the duration, role (e.g., "Computer Project Trainer - Online Courses"), and a brief of the intern’s contributions. 2. Letter of Recommendation (LOR) (if applicable) A personalized LOR highlighting the intern’s skills, performance, and impact—useful for future job or academic applications. 3. Performance Feedback Report A written assessment detailing the intern’s strengths, areas for improvement, and overall contribution during the internship. 4. Performance-Based Selection Interns or trainees who perform well during their internship may be absorbed based on their technical abilities, adaptability, and alignment with company culture.
