Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the configuration, administration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, RCM, Time Management and Performance & Goals.
Assist with configuration tasks such as workflows, business rules, data models, event reasons, and foundation objects.
Provide hands-on support for SAP Payroll, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with EC.
Perform system testing, data validation, UAT coordination, and support go-live activities.
Participate in requirement gathering and document business processes across EC, RCM, and Performance & Goals.
Troubleshoot issues, analyse root causes, and collaborate with internal teams or SAP Support for resolutions.
Maintain configuration workbooks, functional documentation, and training materials.
Support Quarterly Release Managementanalyse release notes, test features, and assist with deployment.
Assist with integrations between EC and downstream systems, including Payroll and Time.
Conduct end-user training and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Exposure to
RCM
and
Performance & Goals
modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll
, including master data validation and payroll process understanding.
SuccessFactors EC Certification
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and organizational structures.
Experience with basic EC configuration and data management.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
