Role Overview:
As a
Success Coach
, you will be the key point of contact for learners, ensuring they stay motivated, engaged, and on track throughout their learning journey. You will mentor students, monitor progress, and help them overcome challenges to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor learners’ progress and proactively engage through calls, chats, or emails to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
- Provide actionable feedback, learning tips, and motivational support to improve learner engagement and performance.
- Host and facilitate live sessions to build motivation, learning strategies, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate and organized learner interaction records.
- Create a supportive learning community that encourages collaboration and peer learning.
- Communicate progress reports and updates to parents/guardians periodically.
- Address queries across communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, chat, email) with empathy and promptness.
- Ensure learners are consistently active in learning modules and community events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Telugu and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or customer success/support roles, preferably in EdTech.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage learner engagement efficiently.
- Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different learner personalities.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- A proactive, flexible, and outcome-driven mindset.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Preferably female candidates with strong communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (weekday offs provided).
