" Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Air separation plant by ensurin the quality of product supplied to the user department. Control the plant parameter to maintain the process standard and shoot-out sudden problems arise in the running plant for malfunctioning the field equipments. Support in establish the working procedures for all areas of operation & maintenance in coordination with the safety department and ensure its implementation to keep accident to the minimum and reduce downtime. Preparation of daily & monthly production reports to the MIS, Excise dept. Preparation & execution of maintenance schedule-Preventive, Planned base, Breakdown & Shutdown. Prepare plant budget related for annual spares, consumables, tool & tackles. Prepare & Maintain ISO, TPM documents to meet the requirements of internal/external audit. 8. Support in establishing and maintaining overall emergency procedure in coordination with safety department to renew/review safety equipments... Pressure vessels, Safety valves etc by the authorized outsource agency. Co-ordination with different departments/activities like details engineering, production activities, site activities and Dispatch departments. Conducting Training session of subordinates on regular intervals."
