Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Education Technology (EdTech) to contribute to the development of high-quality digital learning solutions. The SME will play a critical role in designing, validating, and enhancing content and products that align with pedagogical goals, curriculum standards, and learner outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide academic insights and support in script creation and content planning.
• Support the content creation team by providing accurate academic input.
• Collaborate with PPT designers and animators to ensure conceptual clarity.
• Translate curriculum-aligned content into visually and pedagogically effective formats.
• Conduct the first level of quality checks and identify factual or pedagogical errors.
• Coordinate with research faculty and creative teams in breaking down complex topics and meeting project goals.
• Support in creating visuals, examples, and exercises wherever required.
• Support the creative team with diagrams, illustrations, or other teaching aids.

What we are looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in EdTech or academic content development.
• Strong subject knowledge in Math, Science, English, or Social Science.
• Basic understanding of instructional design and multimedia content.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and feedback-handling skills.
• Ability to simplify and structure concepts for visual formats like PPTs and animations.
• Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms, with the ability to use them for improving productivity and creativity is essential.
