1. The Hostel Warden is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day services of Branches Hostel
2. Managing and overseeing correctional facilities; administering policies and procedures; directing security, housing, and facility operations; and supervising the work of others. 3. Responsible for maintenance of the hostels. 4.Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels. Keeps strict discipline among Associates of the hostels. 5.Handle & Reports in case of any indiscipline or misbehaviour by the Associates.
5. Dive into the core responsibilities of a hostel warden, including ensuring safety, managing facilities, and fostering a positive community environment. 6. Manage Complete IN-OUT Entry of girls going for Duty. 7.Ensure Company Shift IN Punch of girls left from hostel for duty. 8. Ensure to provide Gate Pass to the girls going for W-Mart. 9. Daily round in hostel, Canteen, GYM, TV Hall, also check quality of food.
10. Co-ordinate with HR/Seniors/Counseller/Medical Officer for any other Queries of hostel girls. 11.Ensure complete arrangments for Audit and Visitors
