About your team
The Corporate Enablers (CE) Technology function provides Technology services to multiple business functions like Finance, HR and General Counsel and Corporate Property Services (CPS), globally. This includes on-premises and SaaS solutions, both in-house built and vendor provided. There is a strong focus on data analytics, workflow, automation tools and our inhouse built integration platform, to bring greater efficiency to these functions. The Corporate Enablers Technology team is a global team with people based in the UK, China, and India, and a part of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) organization.
About your role
The CE Technology function is transitioning to an integrated delivery capability model with focus on horizontal tech capabilities including a) an integration layer which enables cloud-based integration of numerous SaaS products across CE b) ambition to accelerate AI with CE function as part of SDLC and build AI solutions c) an ever-increasing focus on engineering and automation.
This role requires strong tech and engineering expertise to transform CE into AI and cloud enabled ecosystem with focus on delivering business value by driving efficiencies using latest engineering practices and automated controls. A key objective is to unlock efficiencies through simplification, process automation, standardization, and reuse of tools and processes, significantly enhancing CE delivery capabilities and innovation outcomes.
This role would be a change agent who will lead by examples, bring thought leadership, drive adoption of latest tech trends within industry to deliver business change with best in class tech solutions. About you
Essential Skills
- 12 - 16 years of experience in end to end management of large scale, complex transformation programmes within Cloud, AI and Data landscape
- Sound understanding of engineering and DevOps practices to build scalable and resilient solutions with high quality
- Proven success in buildingenduring relationships with crucial stakeholders across various Business Units and Enterprise teams
- Build and Manage high performing team with focus on accountability and strong mentoring / coaching skills
- The ability to work independently, navigate complex decision-making, and foster a collaborative, high-accountability team culture.
- Proven success working with agile development teams and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Drives innovation within team and provides thought leadership for tech and engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous situations
