About The Opportunity

A role in the Education & International Student Mobility sector, supporting Indian students through end-to-end study-abroad planning, university selection, admissions processing, and visa facilitation. This is an on-site opportunity in India to join a fast-paced student recruitment and guidance team that drives outcomes across global higher-education markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student profiles, academic goals, and budgets; recommend appropriate countries, universities, courses, and timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end application workflows: prepare and review applications, draft and refine SOPs, coordinate document collection, and submit to target institutions on schedule.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on student visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation for key destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, EU).
  • Maintain and convert sales-qualified leads: follow up on enquiries, track progress in CRM, and meet enrollment targets while ensuring high student satisfaction.
  • Deliver pre-departure briefings and post-admission support covering accommodation, travel, insurance, and cultural orientation.
  • Collaborate with partner universities and internal teams to resolve admission issues, escalate cases, and optimise conversion processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience in study-abroad counseling, education consultancy, or international admissions.
  • Strong knowledge of student visa processes and documentation for major destination countries.
  • Experience in application and SOP review with demonstrable success in university placements.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to manage lead pipelines.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) and ability to prepare persuasive admission documents.
  • On-site availability in India and willingness to attend occasional campus/partner events.

Preferred

  • Certifications in international education counselling or related training.
  • Experience working with UK/US/Canadian/Australian university systems or UCAS-style portals.
  • Familiarity with English test prep requirements (IELTS, TOEFL) and scholarship application processes.
