Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Study Abroad Counselor. The Study Abroad Counselor will be responsible for advising students on overseas education opportunities, guiding them through admission processes, and assisting with the preparation of application documents. This role also involves conducting informational sessions and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on study abroad opportunities, universities, programs, and scholarships.
• Help students with application processes, visa documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international education.
• Assist with student preparation, including interviews and test preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions abroad.
• Provide personalized support and guidance, ensuring students make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience

  in education counseling, customer service, or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills

  – both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Passionate about international education and student success.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the study abroad process is a plus, but not mandatory.
