Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Counselor at our New Delhi office. As a Study Abroad Counselor, you will assist clients in identifying and pursuing international educational opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include providing academic and career counseling, guiding students in selecting suitable courses and institutions, handling documentation and visa process requirements, and staying updated on the latest immigration rules and education trends. Exceptional client service and consultation skills are key to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills with a focus on academic and career guidance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation and visa processes.
• Knowledge of global education systems, university admission procedures, and immigration policies is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant work experience in the field of study abroad consulting or education counseling is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field is required.
