Studio Manager

RRD GO Creative is looking for a Studio Manager for its Chennai office

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to scope and estimate projects
• Plan and manage projects from initial briefing to final completion. Review and sign-off on production ready deliverables
• Create client driven project deadlines, project goals, expectations and work- flows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery
• With a proactive mindset, handle team responsibilities independently without senior support
• Identify skill improvements within the team and facilitate training programs
• Stay abreast of new technologies and workflow tools
• Assist internal stakeholders in reviewing, estimating, planning new opportunities (RFPs) and large ad hoc projects

Requirements for this role include:

• 10+yrs of experience in ad agencies/ design studios/ publishing house
• Technical proficiency in Adobe tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
• Good understanding of design process
• Effective planning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
