Role Overview

dynamic and result-oriented Student Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with IT companies, MNCs, and recruitment agencies for student placements.
  
• Organize and manage placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment sessions (online & onsite).
  
• Mentor students on career readiness: resume building, interview skills, aptitude preparation, and professional etiquette.
  
• Track, monitor, and report placement activities, ensuring high success rates and career alignment.
  
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure training programs match current industry hiring trends.
  
• Expand Technovalley’s placement network internationally to provide global career pathways.
  
• Build a strong alumni network to leverage corporate referrals and success stories.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  
• 3–6 years of proven experience in student placements, career services, or corporate HR/recruitment.
  
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT job roles and current hiring trends.
  
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve their career goals.
