Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Faculty/Trainer in Networking and Cloud Technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, cloud computing, and IT security. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to students or professionals, preparing them for industry certifications, and ensuring they acquire the skills necessary to excel in the field. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training modules and course materials in Networking, Cloud Technologies, and related fields. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into the curriculum. Training Delivery: Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on lab training sessions on Networking and Cloud Technologies. Facilitate learning through interactive teaching methods, real-world simulations, and case studies. Student/Participant Assessment: Evaluate students progress through quizzes, assignments, practical exams, and other assessment tools. Provide constructive feedback and additional support to ensure students meet learning objectives. Industry Certification Preparation: Prepare students for certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, etc. Offer guidance on the certification process and provide study materials. Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during lab sessions. Provide insights into advanced networking protocols, cloud deployment models, and security practices. Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members and industry partners to enhance the quality of training. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certifications) are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Networking, Cloud Technologies, or IT Infrastructure. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred. Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and virtualization technologies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
