Job Description

Job Title: Student Success Officer
Location: Kozhikode

Role Overview

The Student Success Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students by serving as a key link between students, parents, and the academic team. This role involves regular communication, feedback collection, activity coordination, and proactive engagement to drive student satisfaction, academic performance, and enrollment conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student & Parent Interaction

  • Conduct regular calls with students to track their learning experience and course satisfaction.
  • Collect structured feedback from parents regarding classes, services, and overall student progress.
  • Address concerns and escalate issues to the respective academic or support teams.

2. Coordination & Activity Planning

  • Collaborate with course coordinators and in-charge teachers to plan and execute academic, co-curricular, and engagement activities.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings with in-charge teachers and the Category Manager.
  • Support smooth execution of centre-based or online academic initiatives.

3. NEST Exam Promotion

  • Create awareness among students about the NEST Exam and its benefits.
  • Drive student participation and ensure maximum registrations in line with assigned targets.

4. Student Categorization & Data Handling

  • Identify and categorize students eligible for the ISP Programme.
  • Maintain accurate, updated student records for ISP enrolments and participation.
  • Track student progress, performance, and participation in different academic streams.

5. Student Conversion

  • Proactively engage with students and parents to encourage progression into advanced programmes, including the ISP.
  • Convert eligible students into enrolments by effectively communicating programme value and benefits.
  • Achieve assigned student conversion and retention targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in student support, counselling, or academic coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Malayalam preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, handle data, and manage student/parent relationships effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
