Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Student Relationship Officer. The primary responsibility of the Student Relationship Officer is to build and maintain strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout their educational journey. Key tasks mainly includes calling the students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, understanding their profile and preferences, offering tailored advice, addressing inquiries or issues, managing administrative procedures, collaborating with educational partners, and achieving student satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will proactively communicate with students and assist in promoting services related to study abroad opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Relationship Management, building trust, and maintaining partnerships
  • Understanding of Finance and financial aid processes relevant to higher education
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address student needs and resolve queries effectively
  • Sales expertise to promote services and achieve organizational objectives
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and CRM systems
