Description

We are seeking a dedicated Student Counselor to support our students academic and personal development. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, support, and resources to help students navigate their educational journeys.

Responsibilities

Provide academic, emotional, and social counseling to students.
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops.
Assist students with career guidance and planning.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student needs.
Maintain records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in student counseling or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Knowledge of educational systems and student development.
Empathy and active listening skills.
Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
