Student Coordinator

BuildUp Bootcamp is India’s 1st Pre-Employment Corporate Training Program that prepares college students to step into the IT industry with real developer experience. We go beyond classroom learning — students work on live client projects, attend mock interviews, improve communication & personality skills, and connect directly with employers.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Student Coordinator to act as the link between colleges, students, and the BuildUp Bootcamp team. This role involves outreach, onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication to make students’ training journey effective and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges for awareness sessions & student outreach.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on student leads.
• Guide students through the onboarding and registration process.
• Communicate updates (sessions, mock interviews, hiring drives).
• Collect feedback from students and share reports with management.
• Coordinate with Mentors, HR, and Project Managers for student support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with college visits and outreach activities.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
