Student Advisor

We are seeking a Student Advisor to assist learners in understanding available educational programs and making informed decisions about their academic options. The role involves guiding students with clear information, addressing their questions, and supporting them through basic enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and current students through phone, email, and messaging to share accurate program information.
• Understand student preferences and provide course suggestions that match their interests and educational background.
• Support students with application steps such as documentation, scheduling, and general procedural requirements.
• Maintain student records, update information in the system, and ensure timely follow-ups when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm details related to courses, timelines, and support services.
• Offer guidance on academic planning, study requirements, and available resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to explain course details and processes in a clear and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of computers and comfort using MS Office or CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a student-centered approach.
• Freshers or candidates with experience in academic support or related roles may apply.
