Role Overview

We are looking for a Student & Parent Counselor (Female Preferred) who can guide families with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, explain our services, and deliver personalized counseling sessions to help students plan their medical admission journey effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student/parent inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and meetings with a problem-solving approach
• Clearly explain NEET Navigator’s services and programs to parents & students
• Provide counseling sessions to students, helping them plan their career/admission strategy
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students/parents
• Build trust-based relationships while addressing student/parent concerns
• Support in conducting workshops, seminars, or awareness sessions as needed
• Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and counseling activities

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred (due to nature of student-parent interactions)
• Prior experience in counseling, teaching, customer service, or student guidance is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
• Ability to empathize and connect with parents & students
• Organized, confident, and comfortable in handling one-to-one sessions
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory if skills match)

Work Mode

• Work From Office – Rohini, Delhi
• Candidates nearby or willing to relocate will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
