Student Advisor

This is a full-time, office-based opportunity for individuals who are committed to growth and long-term career development in the education industry. Key Responsibilities - Speak with prospective students to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses. - Guide students over phone calls, emails, and video consultations. - Maintain follow-ups and track student progress in CRM or Excel. - Handle queries professionally and with care. - Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets. - Work closely with the team to improve processes and student experience. Requirements - 6 months+ experience in student counseling, telesales, customer service, or related roles. - Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Should own a laptop with a stable internet connection. - Must be able to work on-site in Trivandrum from 12 PM to 6 PM daily. - Committed to a full-time, long-term position (no students or part-timers).
