The Student Advisor role is pivotal in overseeing the entire post-enrollment journey of students, guaranteeing their triumph and contentment from the moment they enroll in the program until their success story is shared and referrals are secured. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding students, coordinating batches, addressing concerns, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to ensure an exceptional learning experience. Your key duties will involve monitoring student progress right from enrollment to program completion, managing batch schedules, addressing inquiries, and providing support as needed. It will also be crucial to liaise with faculty, administrative, and marketing units to uphold operational efficiency. Upholding high levels of student satisfaction, fostering referrals, crafting and disseminating student success narratives, and maintaining up-to-date student records and feedback reports will be integral aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you are expected to possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a relevant field, along with a substantial 12 years of experience in academic advising or student counseling. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are paramount, coupled with the ability to adeptly manage multiple students and collaborate across functions. Additionally, basic proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office and database handling is essential. This is a full-time position requiring you to work during day shifts on-site.,
