Student Advisor

You will be responsible for becoming a product expert and presenting company products to both new and existing users. Your duties will include connecting and counseling potential customers, maintaining relationships with prospects through various communication channels such as outbound calls and mailers, collaborating with teammates to work towards closing sales, and keeping a record of prospects in the CRM. Additionally, you will need to achieve the assigned sales targets on a monthly basis and prepare and review your daily funnel for enhanced productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Become a product expert and present company products to new and old users - Connect and counsel potential customers - Maintain connections with prospects through outbound calls, mailers, etc. - Collaborate with teammates to close sales - Maintain a database and records of prospects in CRM - Achieve assigned sales targets monthly - Prepare and review daily funnel for better productivity Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Sales and Business Development or relevant roles - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience with CRM handling and CTI; knowledge of Excel and G-sheets would be an added advantage - Thorough understanding of Sales and negotiating techniques - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach; must be a fast learner and passionate about sales - Flexible schedule - Minimum of a graduation degree from any recognized university In addition to the job description, the working mode for this position is work from the office, and the salary offered is best in the industry. The preferred experience level is 0-4 years, with inside sales experience in Edtech being advantageous. The candidate should be proficient in English and Hindi, and knowledge of any additional language would be a plus.,
