Structural Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with strong expertise in the design and analysis of both concrete and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with structural design software, familiarity with international codes and standards, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures in accordance with relevant codes and Indian standards.

• Conduct seismic and wind load calculations and analysis.

• Utilize software such as ETABS, Sketch Up, AutoCAD etc to develop structural layouts and detailed designs. • Coordinate structural design requirements with Architects, MEP teams, and other disciplines during all project stages.

• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and structural drawings.

• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for structural components.

• Support team leads in identifying and mitigating design or project-related issues in advance.

• Assist in client coordination as needed (including occasional off-hours).

• Travel offshore occasionally for training or on-site project work. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.

• 4–8 years of experience in structural engineering, with proven work in both concrete and steel design.

• Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.

• Proficiency in Staad-Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD 2D; working knowledge of Revit preferred.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel (databases, analysis, reporting).

• Familiarity with international codes and standards (BS/EN/AS/ACI) is an advantage.
