Role Description

We are seeking a Design Manager specializing in Structural Design for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Design Manager will oversee the planning and execution of structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include developing design strategies, coordinating with project teams, reviewing and approving design plans, and managing design-related documentation. The role also involves regular site visits to ensure the practical implementation of designs and troubleshooting any design-related issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Design, Analysis, and Design Software
• Experience in Project Management and Coordination
• Strong understanding of Construction Materials and Methods
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Ability to conduct detailed site inspections and manage on-site issues
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus
• Minimum 15 years in structural design with proven experience in railway or metro projects.
