Structural Design Engineer

Looking for highly experienced Structural Design Engineers with strong technical expertise in reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structural design. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in structural analysis, high-rise building design, and proficiency in leading structural engineering software. The role requires end-to-end involvement from conceptual design to preparation of GFC structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for RC and steel structures across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Lead design for high-rise buildings, ensuring structural safety, stability, and compliance with applicable codes.
• Prepare and review conceptual designs, detailed design reports, and Good for Construction (GFC) structural drawings.
• Utilize advanced structural design software such as STAAD, ETABS, and SAFE for modeling and analysis.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation for structural works.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian Standards (IS codes) and international codes where applicable.
• Handle both Government and Private sector projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to specifications.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in RC and steel structural design.
• Hands-on proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, and SAFE software.
• In-depth understanding of structural analysis principles and design methodologies.
• Experience designing high-rise structures.
• Capability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and structural documentation.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, industry practices, and relevant codes.
