Position Summary

Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and develop design solutions for multi-storey and high-rise buildings
• Prepare and review structural engineering plans, calculations, and layout drawings
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD) and structural tools such as ETABS, SAFE, and RCDC for design and documentation
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Coordinate and collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project managers
• Participate in project meetings and assist in project planning and execution
• Perform site visits and inspections as needed to support construction activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in the design of multi-storey or high-rise buildings (mandatory)
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of engineering codes and standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ACI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with prior experience in structural design for high-rise buildings of more than 10 to 15 years will be given preference
• Experience working in EPC or large infrastructure firms is advantageous
