Key Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and validate aircraft/UAV structural components.
Work with composite materials for structural design and optimization.
Perform structural analysis to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
Create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using Fusion 360.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including aerodynamics, manufacturing, and testing.
Support prototype development, integration, and testing activities.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

2–3 years of experience
in aircraft structural design, preferably in UAV systems or aerostructure projects.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of
composite materials
and their applications.
Proficiency in
structural analysis methods
and tools.
Hands-on experience with
3D CAD tools (Fusion 360 mandatory)
.
Understanding of manufacturing processes related to composite and metal structures.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of FEA tools (e.g., Ansys, Nastran).
Understanding of aerodynamics and load estimation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
