Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural BIM Coordinator located in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Structural BIM Coordinator will manage BIM coordination efforts, facilitate the integration of architectural and MEP models, and ensure project information modeling standards are maintained. Daily tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing the development of BIM models, performing clash detection, and managing project timelines. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering and architectural teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Skills in Project Management and the ability to manage timelines efficiently
• Proficiency in using BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with partial remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
