Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Structural BIM Technician with solid experience in structural detailing and design development. The right candidate will play a key role in producing accurate BIM models and shop drawings that meet international standards and client expectations.

Key Areas of Expertise

Concrete & Steel Structures (LOD 100–350)

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D/3D models for precast, post-tensioned, and reinforced concrete structures using Revit and Navisworks.

Accurately interpret structural and architectural drawings for detailing.

Collaborate with engineers to develop structural systems from concept to IFC documentation.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, standards, and client specifications.

Review, check, and maintain accuracy in all project deliverables.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection.

Assist in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and Material Take-Offs (MTOs).

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Min 5+ years of proven experience in structural detailing and design documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Structures, and Navisworks Manage.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems.

Familiarity with international standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes) is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Solid understanding of BIM processes and workflows.

Experience in client coordination and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
