Position Summary

We are seeking Structural BIM Engineers / Detailers / Designers with strong experience in structural detailing and design development. The ideal candidates will contribute to high-quality BIM models and shop drawings that align with international standards and client requirements.

Key Areas of Experience:

Precast Detailing – LOD 400

Post-Tension (PT) Detailing – LOD 400

Rebar Detailing – LOD 400

Concrete & Steel Structure Development – LOD 100–350

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D/3D models for precast, PT, and reinforced concrete structures using Revit and Navisworks.

Interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately for detailing.

Collaborate with engineers to develop structural systems from concept to IFC documentation.

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and client specifications.

Review, check, and maintain accuracy in deliverables.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection.

Support preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and Material Take-Offs (MTO).

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

3+ years of proven experience in structural detailing and design documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Structures, and Navisworks Manage.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems.

Familiarity with international standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes) preferred.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.

Experience coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
