Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Structural BIM Technician. The technician will be responsible for preparing structural BIM models, coordinating with different teams, analyzing design work, and ensuring model integrity. The role is located on-site in our Chennai office.

Qualifications

• Expertise in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience in structural design and analysis
• Strong coordination skills for interfacing with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Professional certifications in BIM or CAD are a plus
