Structural BIM Coordinator

As a Structural BIM Coordinator at 9E Global, your role will involve BIM coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets and workflows. You will be responsible for technical management of project BIM data sets, liaising with the Design Systems team, and ensuring changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining project content and sourcing additional content for project teams - Providing technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team - Creating federated Models, conducting clash-detection/resolution, and leading BIM coordination meetings - Reviewing jobs completed by modelers and ensuring full compliance with BIM/CAD standards - Prioritizing work to meet project deadlines and evaluating project deliverables time and resources with the project lead - Coordinating with project lead, interdepartmental team members for assigned tasks - Ensuring full compliance with BIM/CAD standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering - Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks - Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, as part of the company role, you are expected to have an understanding of 9E Global's Business plan, mission statement, and key challenges. You will contribute to the development of company procedures by actively participating in task groups, attending team meetings, and playing an active role in developing procedures within your team. Furthermore, you will review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system and apply policies relating to health & safety, quality, and training.
