Job Description

Strength & Conditioning Coach

daily member consultations


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and occasionally lead

    Strength & Conditioning sessions

    (4 one-hour time slots daily as per schedule; responsibilities will be shared with the Head Coach).
  • Lead

    Mobility & Recovery sessions

    (corrective exercise focus, not yoga).
  • Conduct

    1-hour daily consultations

    with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
  • Support the Head S&C Coach in implementing training blocks (stability → strength → power).
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
  • Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
  • Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must hold a recognised

    Strength & Conditioning certification

    such as:
  • NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialisation), or

    CrossFit Level 1+

    .
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience

    in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
  • Ability to coach in a

    holistic, form-first approach

    (not just heavy lifting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for training individuals for

    performance-driven outcomes

    (HYROX, endurance circuits, functional competitions, etc.).
  • Team-player mindset — open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach.

Compensation

  • Annual Package:

    ₹5.5 – ₹6.0 LPA (depending on experience & certification)
