Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Strength and Conditioning Coach. As a key member of the team, the coach will design and deliver tailored strength and conditioning programs to optimize athletic performance and functional recovery. Responsibilities include assessing fitness levels, implementing injury prevention protocols, creating strength and athletic performance plans, and monitoring progress. The coach will collaborate closely with physiotherapists, provide education on proper training techniques, and assist athletes and clients in achieving their goals safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sports Science and knowledge of human physiology
• Expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training methods
• Skills in optimizing Athletic Performance and designing performance-based programs
• Experience in Injury Prevention strategies and recovery techniques
• Relevant certification in Strength and Conditioning, such as NSCA, CSCS, or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and work effectively with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
