Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach, located in Jorhat. The coach will design and implement scientifically-backed strength and conditioning programs. Responsibilities include enhancing athletic performance, improving strength and endurance, facilitating injury prevention strategies, and monitoring progress. The coach will work closely with athletes to create tailored fitness routines, assess their physical capabilities, and provide ongoing support to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Sports Science and understanding its applications in training and performance.
• Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Athletic Performance techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Injury Prevention strategies.
• Strong skills in Strength Training and optimizing physical fitness for athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse groups.
• Certification in strength and conditioning or related fields is an advantage.
• Relevant experience working with athletes at various performance levels is preferred.
• Experience required : 5-10 years
