Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electronics and mass communication engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to research market requirements, analyze trends, and set up operational strategies to support new business initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
? Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
? Develop comprehensive business proposals, presentations, and strategies for revenue growth. ? Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights for targeted campaigns.
? Identify and define business needs and operational requirements for new market entry.
Operations and Business Setup:
? Plan and implement operational processes for new business initiatives.
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
? Evaluate costs, risks, and benefits associated with new business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Reporting and Analysis:
? Track and analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress toward growth objectives.
? Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format. ? Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 7+ Years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within relevant sectors.
? Strong understanding of electronics and mass communication technologies and industry trends.
? Ability to conduct market research, analyze requirements, and develop operational strategies for new business.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet growth targets.
Nice to Have:
? Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
? Knowledge of market analysis and research methodologies.
? Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
