Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Strength and Conditioning Coach role based in Chennai and should be willing to travel under the company banner.

The selected candidate will design and implement sport-specific performance training programs,.

The coach will collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other professionals to ensure holistic athlete well-being and performance enhancement.

The position supports athletes at various levels, from youth development to elite professionals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Sports Science and Athletic Performance.

Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with athletes of varying ages and skill levels

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, ASCA, or equivalent qualifications in Strength & Conditioning)

Experience working with youth athletes, elite athletes, or individuals from diverse sports backgrounds is highly desirable.
