Experience-4-12 years
MBA from Top tier preferred
CTC 15-20 lacs
To provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director by consolidating key business information, preparing structured and context-rich reports, and enabling clarity in decision-making. The role supports the MD in driving critical initiatives, tracking business performance, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring focused execution of priorities with a comprehensive understanding of both strategic direction and operational dynamics.
Support the MD in the execution of key cross-functional projects, ensuring timely updates, stakeholder accountability, and risk flagging.
Manage delegated tasks and initiatives independently, providing regular status updates with solution-oriented follow-ups.
