The Strategy & Research Associate is at the heart of our operations, providing the analytical foundation for decision-making. This role involves conducting detailed research, formulating strategies and creating actionable frameworks to help execute projects effectively. As a crucial member of the team, you will work closely with senior leadership to address complex challenges, leveraging insights to drive impactful outcomes. We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Research : Conduct detailed primary and secondary research across sectors, including public policy, grassroots campaigns and campaign strategy.
Framework Development : Create structured methodologies for strategy development and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with content & digital units, the field team and with the leadership to align on objectives and expectations.
Report Generation : Design and present detailed reports, including data visualizations and key takeaways, to drive holistic decision making.
Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze performance to assess project trajectory and propose course corrections as needed.

Preferred Qualification:

Masters degree in management, Economics, or any disciplines from a Premier institute.
1-3 years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Market research, or policy analysis.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and MS Office Suite.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors degree in from a Premier institute, or Tier-1 institute.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
Strong Proficiency in usage of MS 365 Tools - Outlook, Planner, Teams, Office Suite
