You will drive strategic priorities, bring commercial sharpness, and lead cross-functional execution. You will own key projects, solve problems, and help turn good ideas into reality across the company. At BLAST, our company values guide everything we do: We Make It Bold by experimenting and pushing boundaries We Make It Together by empowering each other and solving challenges as a team And we Make It Happen by taking ownership and delivering with precision Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives: Take high-priority goals and turn them into structured plans with owners, milestones, and clear reporting Project management: Plan, coordinate, and track delivery across functions - ensuring teams stay aligned and outcomes are achieved Support CEO execution: Prep presentations, own follow-ups, and represent the CEO in internal planning forums as needed Problem-solving: Tackle important and complex problems and create achievable plans Org building: Help shape the company's internal operating model. As the organisation grows, there will be big opportunities for this role to grow. Requirements Highly structured and organised - able to bring clarity and momentum to complex projects Commercially sharp - good instinct for what makes a deal, initiative, or format worthwhile Strong communicator - clear, concise, and action-oriented Cross-functional operator - comfortable navigating competing priorities and multiple stakeholders Self-starting and accountable - someone who moves things forward without being asked twice Experience 6-9 years experience in strategy consulting, startup operations, founder's office, or media/tech project delivery Experience running fast-paced, cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders Exposure to commercial decision-making and/or P&L management Background in gaming, media, or live events is helpful but not required Benefits Competitive compensation and employee benefits Show more Show less
