At BLAST, our company values guide everything we do: We Make It Bold by experimenting and pushing boundaries We Make It Together by empowering each other and solving challenges as a team And we Make It Happen by taking ownership and delivering with precision Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end production of all live broadcasts across multiple titles Deliver shows that meet BLAST's high creative and quality bar Define and implement the production workflow, including broadcast standards, staffing plans and budget models Collaborate with the Director of Publisher Relations and IP Development during the pitch process, contributing to both creative concepting and budget scoping Build and manage teams across key production disciplines: Broadcast Tech - production hardware, engineering, and systems Broadcast Production - camera ops, producers, directors, observers In-Game - graphics integration, game APIs, overlays Front of House - staging, set design, physical space delivery Requirements Deep expertise in live production Strong team leadership - they will need to build a team rather than be a single contributor Strong operational rigour - able to build process, schedule, and budget from scratch High creative awareness - understands and cares about how to showcase a game/tournament Collaborative mindset - works closely with other departments during pitching, planning and execution Awareness / understanding of the nuances of esports live production vs traditional sport/entertainment Commercially aware - understands trade-offs between ambition and feasibility/budget restrictions in show planning Calm under pressure - able to resolve live issues on-air and communicate effectively Experience 10+ years in live production for sports, esports, entertainment, or broadcast Experience building and scaling technical and production teams Delivered large-scale shows in India with Tier 1 production expectations Familiarity with (or excitement to learn) multiple game types and their production nuances Benefits Competitive compensation and employee benefits Show more Show less
