Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Manager for our Mumbai locations including Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, and Navi Mumbai. This is a mid-level, full-time role requiring a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in shaping brand strategies and enhancing client campaigns with creative and strategic insights.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in brand strategy to effectively connect brands with their target audience and establish a strong market presence.
  • Experience in market research to gather and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition data.
  • Skilled in pitching ideas by articulating concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Expertise in creative pitching, showcasing the ability to present inventive campaign ideas that stand out.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities to develop comprehensive plans that align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Capable of conducting primary research to gather firsthand insights and information directly from the market or audience.
  • Familiarity with secondary research methodologies to source and evaluate existing data for strategic application.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable business strategies.
