We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented senior individual for a role in the Founder's Office reporting to the Chief of Staff. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that offers a front-row seat to shaping the company's strategy and execution alongside the founding team.


Key Responsibilities:


- Partner directly with the founder/ leadership team to drive high-priority strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems across functions.


- Structure, analyse, and execute strategic projects with a mix of consulting rigor and operator mindset.


- Support in fundraising, investor relations, board-level communication, and preparation of key strategic documents wherever needed


- Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team - ensuring alignment, tracking priorities, and proactively identifying risks/opportunities.


- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure execution excellence on critical projects.


- Bring clarity in ambiguity, prioritize and communicate effectively, and act as the go-to person for new strategic projects.


What you'll need:


- Experience: 7+ yrs overall, with preference for foundations in consulting or proven success in a Founder's Office role or a previous entrepreneurial stint/ operator role.


- Ownership Mindset: High bias for action, resilience, and comfort with taking end-to-end ownership.


- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure hypotheses, conduct market research and crystalise into meaningful and actionable outputs for the team to action


- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated track record of delivering results in ambiguous yet fast-moving environments.


- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, adept at simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
