Strategic Solutions Architect - Retail / CPG

You have an exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Presales Solution Lead in the Retail and Consumer Goods Business Unit with a required experience level of 14-18 years in presales and deal solutioning. This role is based in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. As a Senior Presales Solution Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading and independently managing medium to large deal solution design and development. You will drive deal solutioning across various service lines such as Application Development, Application Management Services (AMS), and IT Operations (ITO). Additionally, you will structure solution themes and designs for deals, analyze and qualify RFXs (RFP, RFQ, RFI), author and manage RFP, RFQ, RFI responses for single and multi-tower deals, and participate in customer conference calls to understand requirements and present value propositions. Collaboration across teams, proactive deal shaping, driving commercial constructs and pricing strategies, and developing capability presentations are also part of your responsibilities. The required skills for this role include a proven track record in solution design and ownership of successful medium to large deals, strong technical and IT services presales experience, deep understanding of Retail and Consumer Goods industry processes, broad knowledge of technology platforms and architectures, bid management skills within the IT services sector, ability to stay updated with evolving technology landscapes, storytelling and presentation development skills, proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, solid commercial acumen and organizational skills, outstanding team player with excellent relationship-building abilities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, effective multitasking capabilities, and ability to present technical solutions and value propositions effectively to customers. Ideally, you should have an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
