Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional in Strategic Portfolio Management Trainer and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with over 10 years of expertise. The role is focused on developing, mentoring, and training fresh graduates in portfolio and project management principles, tools, and practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of portfolio governance, prioritization frameworks, resource management, and execution alignment, along with a passion for knowledge transfer and capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and delivered training programs on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) for graduate trainees.
• Mentored and coached new entrants on portfolio planning, governance, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Introduced industry frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (PMI, SAFe, Agile, ITIL) in portfolio management.
• Demonstrated use of PPM tools (Planisware, Clarity, MS Project, Primavera, or similar) for planning and tracking.
• Guided trainees in developing business cases, evaluating ROI, and aligning projects with strategic objectives.
• Conducted workshops on risk assessment, dependency mapping, and performance measurement.
• Reviewed project charters, roadmaps, and portfolio dashboards prepared by trainees, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborated with leadership and HR to shape graduate development programs and career pathways.
• Supported continuous improvement initiatives to build portfolio management maturity within the organization.
