Key Competencies:
Educational Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Learning Sciences, or Organizational Psychology.
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Organizational Development preferably in FMCG, QSR, or Retail sectors. Experience managing an LMS or Learning Academy is essential.
