Role Overview: As the Strategic Initiative & Demand Lead at myPartner, a strategic business unit of the MakeMyTrip Group, you will play a crucial role in driving critical growth and demand ecosystem transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end planning and execution of business growth projects, operational efficiency initiatives, market expansion efforts, and travel agent ecosystem programs. This position requires a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, cross-functional leadership, and executional excellence to deliver measurable impact on revenue, cost optimization, and market positioning. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and lead high-impact growth initiatives to drive topline and bottom-line improvement. - Build detailed business cases, analyze market trends, and secure leadership buy-in for proposed projects. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams for successful go-to-market execution. - Conduct process diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across demand functions. - Design and implement streamlined workflows, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements. - Facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions to translate strategic goals into executable workstreams. - Evaluate new markets, geographies, and business opportunities using structured research and data analysis. - Develop entry strategies, partnership models, and go-to-market plans for new business verticals. - Partner with the travel agent network to design programs that enhance adoption, loyalty, and productivity. - Collaborate with analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights for growth and efficiency. - Develop dashboards and scorecards to track business performance against strategic objectives. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a reputed institute with 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Demand Management, Business Development, and Operations. - Prior exposure to travel, e-commerce, or tech-driven marketplaces is highly preferred.
