Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2200000 (ie INR 15-22 LPA)

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead strategic growth initiatives within theOEM and private label businesstargeting the domestic market. This pivotal role requires a strong background inB2B sales, OEM partnerships, andprivate label development, ideally within sectors such ashygiene, non-woven products, or FMCG.

You will be accountable for scaling topline revenue, expanding market penetration across India, and crafting tailored solutions for private label clients. Success in this role hinges on your ability to work cross-functionally withmanufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams, ensuring seamless execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic growth plans in the OEM and private label business segment.
  • Identify and cultivate new private label opportunities and OEM partnerships in the domestic market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized product solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth and improve market share across targeted segments.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure client requirements are met with agility and quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and product innovation.
  • Own the sales funnel, from lead generation through to contract closure and client onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, OEM business development, or private label management.
  • Strong industry exposure in hygiene, non-woven, or FMCG segments preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of product development cycles.
